Client
National Westminster Bank of England
Agency
Razorfish Ltd, United Kingdom
Assignment
Using only the Frontpage and first click off the frontpage, create a holistic, friendly, hip brand image that will engage hip-savvy users. Ultimately create greater brand value for the customer's custormers.
Challenge
Timeframe difficult, but not nearly as challenging as the fact that the frontpage originally linked to over 300 third party sites. Once that information, content and strategy was laid out, we (Razorfish, London) then built out interactive tools and toys that the customers not only found useful, but was entertained by as well!
Solution
The frontpage was such a success that within a few months of launching, the number of hits, increase in new and repeat customers spurred interests by other banks, ultimately leading to their being acquired by the Bank of Scotland.
Examples
